1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyCaddi mobile application (“the App”) operated by Pin High Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MyCaddi. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

3. Account Registration

You may register using an email address and password, or through Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person.

4. Service Description

MyCaddi is an AI-powered golf caddy application available on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android, and Wear OS. The App provides:

  • AI caddy recommendations (club selection, layup, hazard and aim advice)
  • GPS distances to front, pin and back of green
  • Performance statistics and insights
  • Handicap tracking
  • Access to over 40,000 courses worldwide
  • Apple Watch and Wear OS companion

Feature availability may vary by platform and subscription tier.

5. Free & Premium Tiers

Free (£0) — includes on-device AI caddy, GPS distances, standard voice readout, performance stats, watch companion, handicap tracking, and access to 40,000+ courses. No payment card required.

Premium (£3.99/month) — includes everything in Free, plus: cloud caddy with deeper reasoning and full strategy breakdowns, hole briefings and wind analysis, premium natural voice, course-specific insights from past rounds, challenges, leaderboards and friend activity, and priority access to new features.

We may offer promotional pricing from time to time, including referral discounts.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel, manage your subscription through your device’s App Store or Play Store settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Attempt to extract or scrape course data, AI models, or other proprietary content
  • Use the App or its AI features for any purpose other than personal golf improvement
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure or other users’ experience
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its AI models, software, design, content, and branding, is owned by Pin High Tech Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of your personal golf data (scores, statistics, round history). By using the App you grant us a licence to process this data to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

MyCaddi provides AI-generated advice intended to assist your golf game. This advice is informational only and does not constitute professional coaching or instruction.

  • GPS distances are approximate and may vary due to device accuracy, satellite availability, and course conditions.
  • Course data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always reflect current course layouts or conditions.
  • AI recommendations are based on your historical data and environmental conditions. Results will vary.
  • The App is not a substitute for awareness of your surroundings on the golf course. Always follow course rules and exercise caution.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin High Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated advice, including but not limited to club selection, shot direction, or course strategy.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. If we terminate your account without cause, any pre-paid subscription fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or an in-app notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.
